Angharad Griff

Angharad's first ever gig was Gorky's Zygotic Mynci one afternoon at her school in Carmarthen when she was 12.  Although there was no booze, she still doesn't remember much of it at all.

For some unknown reason she headed off to London to study law, then came straight back to Wales after the three years were up.  After bumming around Carmarthen for a bit she got her first proper job at ITV Wales in Cardiff.  Six years on, Angharad's still with the same company, but now in a tiny office in Caernarfon working as a journalist for Y Byd ar Bedwar (The World on Four).

Her favourite Eisteddfod was Meifod 2003 because she met so many good friends there.  She's guaranteed to put on Beganifs when drunk and make everyone dance to it.

Angharad has also been a freelance writer for Big Issue Cymru and she's just finished her first short film, Kentucky RIP, where she followed Kentucky AFC on their last ever tour.
