Louise was born in Watford in 1985. From there she moved to an often sunny, always dull town near Portsmouth where she mostly concentrated on out-performing her classmates wherever possible, and performing on stage in ballet recitals and musical shows to the horror of her peers' parents as she always nicked the best roles. After getting over the whole 'I'm a precocious little performer' stage she decided going to gigs was a whole lot less annoying to others. She discovered Welsh music and subsequently Welsh Bands Weekly, and embroiled herself in the Welsh music scene as 'that small, loud Southerner who knows more than I do about X band'. Since 2005 she has lived quite contently in Cardiff. She loves to dance, cook massive meals, discuss linguistics and nationality, research absolutely everything to the nth degree, especially bands, get teary-eyed at baby animals and humans, tries to be Rockabilly wherever possible and speaks Welsh in her dreams...and sometimes in real life if you coerce her with alcohol. In an ideal life she would be able to dress as Jackie Onassis every single day and her feet would never hurt from her high heels. Also she would be able to sing like PJ Harvey. And be able to drink cider without getting a big old tummy ache. Vla!
